I offer Pole classes for all levels regardless of experience. Many students begin their Pole journeys coming from other athletic, dance, movement, and/or creative backgrounds, where as others have less experience in those worlds. Whether you're an avid poler, athlete, creative, or novice to movement arts, Pole is for you!
Classes are designed to allow all students to feel included, safe, and respected. Most importantly, we will have FUN!

Pole is for EVERYONE! All bodies, genders, identities, personalities, and abilities are welcome to Pole. There are many different types of Pole Dance categories including Tricks, Spin Pole, Athletic, Artistic, Exotic, Performance, Floor, Flow, and more! Pole Dance serves a different purpose for each person - whether you want to feel strong, gain flexibility/mobility, boost confidence, learn choreography, embody different movement types, or empower yourself, Pole Dance has a bit of everything.
Pole Flow Classes will consist of a combination of the following elements to create an awesome Pole Dance Experience: Stretching/Conditioning, Choreo, Tricks/Spins, and Creative Movement. The environment is very low-stress & welcoming to all!
(Pole Circuit classes are a full-body conditioning class for Polers and non-Polers).

* Please bring water - hydration is important!
* Keep in mind that skin-to-pole contact is necessary for gripping, so I recommend that you bring layers and NO lotions or oils!
* Heels/Pleasers are always optional, and please NOTE: Our new flooring is heel-friendly, but heel caps are required (sold at the studio for $2 if you don't have your own). Feel free to bring knee pads for floor work, but the ground is fairly soft, so this is not a requirement.
