I offer Pole classes for all levels regardless of experience. Many students begin their Pole journeys coming from other athletic, dance, movement, and/or creative backgrounds, where as others have less experience in those worlds. Whether you're an avid poler, athlete, creative, or novice to movement arts, Pole is for you! My classes are designed to allow all students to feel included, safe, and respected. Most importantly, we will have FUN!
Pole is for EVERYONE! All bodies, genders, identities, personalities, and abilities are welcome to Pole. There are many different types of Pole Dance categories including Tricks, Spin Pole, Athletic, Artistic, Exotic, Performance, Floor, Flow, and more! Pole Dance serves a different purpose for each person - whether you want to feel strong, gain flexibility/mobility, boost confidence, learn choreography, embody different movement types, or empower yourself, Pole Dance has a bit of everything.
For now, all classes are $35 for a drop-in rate (however, you MUST book a space in advance). If you would like to book with a friend or purchase 2+ classes at once, you will receive $5 off of each reservation. The class size is small (avg. 4 students) to allow each student individual guidance and attention.
A few days prior to class, I will email you a brief questionnaire to better understand your background, injuries, Pole/movement experience, and why you want to try/enjoy Pole! This information allows me to best structure the class, offer the most effective feedback, and create the safest environment both phy. Classes will consist of a combination of the following elements: Stretching/Conditioning, Choreo, Tricks/Spins, and Creative Movement. The environment is very low-stress & welcoming to all!

*Classes are 1 hour & 15 minutes.
*All classes offered at 4PM and 5:45PM; PLEASE make sure you know if you are signing up for a SATURDAY or SUNDAY class!

* Please bring water - hydration is important!
* Keep in mind that skin-to-pole contact is necessary for gripping, so I recommend that you bring layers and NO lotions or oils!
* You can bring your own yoga mat, or mats will be available on-site for use.
* For now, we will not be wearing Pole Heels/Pleasers in class. (This may change in the future). Feel free to bring knee pads for floor work, but the ground is fairly soft, so this is not a requirement.
* All students must sign the waiver prior to class, which will be sent via email upon sign-up.
* Unfortunately, due to schedule changes, I will be cancelling the Monday classes for now. Classes will be held on Saturdays - see info below.
*Class payment must be made four days prior to the class date or your space may be given to a waitlist member - this is just to make it as fair as possible. Thank you for understanding!
*CANCELLATIONS: 50% refunds or class transfer credit will be given if you cancel 72hrs or more before class time.
(I understand emergencies happen, so please reach out if this is the case!)
*I will respond as quickly as possible, usually 1-2 days. However, all spots are on a first-come-first-served basis, and I will honor the order of when students reach out to reserve.
